Please note, all custom charges, import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customers. If shipping is delayed, please contact the postal company of your country to avoid delays in customs. Please familiarise yourself with your countries tax & duties obligations prior to purchasing. This is a seperate payment from your order from our online store. 

 

RENDR SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same Day Delivery is available for customers based in Melbourne. Price is subject to your postcode and calculated at checkout. Order by 12pm Monday-Friday for same day delivery. TRACKING
Once your item has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be registered with Australia Post/DHL, prior to this your search may not generate any tracking information.  Please ensure someone is always available to accept your item when it is delivered (ie. workplace etc).  We do not recommend parcels being left on a front porch or a letter box which has public access.

What happens if my tracking number indicates my item has been delivered, however I cannot locate my item/s?

Shipping couriers recommend: 

1. Asking your household members if they have received your parcel. 

2. Check the premise carefully as the item may have been left in a safe place as deemed by the shipping courier.

If you still cannot locate your parcel we recommend the following:

Australia Post customers:

1. Please open up an enquiry with Australia Post. 

Late or missing items online form.

Delivery issue online form.

2. Please email us after you have opened up an enquiry with Australia Post containing your tracking information and/or other relevant information regarding your delivery issue.

Please note With Harper Lu has no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please use your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive your delivery. With Harper Lu takes no responsibility for items stolen from your delivery address.

DHL customers:

Please contact us directly at customercare@withharperlu.com.au with your tracking information and delivery address.

 

LOST PARCEL
We honour dispatch dates as stipulated. We have no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our end. Please contact Australia Post/DHL directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item.  

 

CHECKOUT
To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.
