All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse daily from Monday-Friday. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During peak periods, this may extend to 1-3 business days.
We offer free shipping on:
- Australian orders over $300 AUD
- NZD orders over $320 AUD
- International orders over $340 AUD
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES
Please note, all customs charges, import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. This is a seperate charge from shipping at checkout. Please familiarise yourself with your county's tax & duties obligations prior to purchasing. This is a seperate payment from your order from our online store. If you fail to pay your customs charges on your parcel, the parcel will be returned back to our warehouse and the return shipping cost & original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
RENDR SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same Day Delivery is available for customers based in Melbourne. Price is subject to your postcode and calculated at checkout. Order by 11am Monday-Friday for same day delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be registered with Australia Post or DHL, prior to this your search may not generate any tracking information. Please ensure someone is available to accept your parcel when it is delivered (ie. workplace). We do not recommend parcels being left on a front porch or in a letter box which has public access.
What happens if my tracking number indicates my item has been delivered, however I cannot locate my item/s?
Our shipping couriers recommend:
- Asking your household members if they have received your parcel.
- Check the premise carefully as the item may have been left in a safe place as deemed by the shipping courier.
If you still cannot locate your parcel we recommend the following:
Australia Post customers
- Please open up an enquiry directly with Australia Post.
- Please email us after you have opened up an enquiry with Australia Post containing your tracking information and/or other relevant information regarding your delivery issue.
- Please contact us directly at email@example.com with your tracking information and delivery address.
We honour dispatch dates as stipulated. We have no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our end. Please contact Australia Post or DHL directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item. With Harper Lu has no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please use your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive your delivery. With Harper Lu takes no responsibility for items stolen from your delivery address.
To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.
