CHRISTMAS CUT OFF DATES
For all Australia customers, order by December 19th to receive before Christmas.
For most international customers, order by December 16th to receive before Christmas.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY
All Australian orders are shipped with Express Post, which is estimated between 1-3 business days.
- Free on all orders over $200 AUD or a flat fee of $9 AUD.
- All orders are delivered with Australia Post and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse between Monday-Friday.
- Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post, your tracking will update accordingly.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
All New Zealand orders are shipped with Express Post, which is estimated between 3-5 business days.
- Free on all orders over $280 AUD or a flat fee of $35 AUD ($38 NZD - subject to conversion).
- All orders are delivered with DHL Express and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse between Monday-Friday.
- Once your parcel has been scanned by DHL your tracking will update accordingly.
UNITED STATES
All American orders are shipped with Express Post, which is estimated between 3-7 business days.
- Free on all orders over $300 AUD or a flat fee of $35 AUD ($23 USD - subject to conversion).
- All orders are delivered with DHL Express and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse between Monday-Friday.
- Once your parcel has been scanned by DHL your tracking will update accordingly.
Please note, all customs charges, import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. This is a separate charge from shipping at checkout. Please familiarise yourself with your country's tax & duties obligations prior to purchasing. This is a separate payment from your order from our online store. If you fail to pay your customs charges on your parcel, the parcel will be returned back to our warehouse and the return shipping cost & original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All other countries are shipped with Express Post, which is estimated depending on the location.
- Free on all orders over $300 AUD or a flat fee of $45 (£23 GBP, €28 EURO - subject to conversion).
- All orders are delivered with DHL Express and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse between Monday-Friday.
- Once your parcel has been scanned by DHL your tracking will update accordingly.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same Day Delivery is available for customers based in Metro Melbourne. Price is subject to your postcode and calculated at checkout. Order by 11am Monday-Friday for same day delivery. Please note, Same Day Delivery is not available for Parcel Lockers or PO BOXES (only home or business addresses). PRE-ORDER
Items available for pre-order will be labelled on the product page with the anticipated delivery date. Please note, this is only an estimate and subject to change. Once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured. If an order contains multiple items, this will be shipped all together. If you wish to return a pre-order item for an exchange or return, please follow our usual procedure. For any further enquiries, please contact our team at customercare@withharperlu.com.au.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be registered with Australia Post or DHL, prior to this your search may not generate any tracking information. Please ensure someone is available to accept your parcel when it is delivered (ie. workplace). We do not recommend parcels being left on a front porch or in a letter box which has public access.
LOST PARCEL
We honour dispatch dates as stipulated. The responsibility shifts to you once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From this moment, your parcel is then in the hands of the third party couriers. To resolve any issues with an order, we strongly recommend contacting Australia Post or DHL directly, as it will be the most efficient way to track your item. Please use your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive your delivery. With Harper Lu takes no responsibility for items stolen from your delivery address.
CHECKOUT
To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these detail.
